Box plans for RE SX 18 -- Quick question

Hey everyone. I have a quick question about a box I'm building. It's for an RE SX 18. I'm using the RE calculator for an L-ported box. On the specs page for the subwoofer RE mentions recommended enclosure sizes, compact being 5.5 ft^3 @ 35Hz.

Does this mean that I should design the box in the calculator to have a "Tuned frequency (Fb)" of 35Hz? Would it be advantageous to raise or lower that number?
