box or free air?

First of all I need to know what kind of sub it is... Many subs are not made for free air installation...What kind of box do you have in mind and how much space are we working with? After that we'll see what we can do.

He's right... The best way to go to me is a sealed box but if you really want to a ported is nice but don't make the mistake I did by running out and getting a pre fab bandpass box...They **** big time..

i'll gonna use 2 - 12 inch JL audio 12w0, my car is96 eclipse, my brother said that free air is better for SQ, it safe some space, but the instalation must be good. so if its not good, what kind of box do i have to get for SQ?

Sometimes the proper box is IB...

Kicker L7's should shine in an IB configuration, and it's been said that the elemental designs E12a's are amazing in it... I recently cut a back deck out of an Infininty G20 and redid the deck in fiberglass to fit two 12" E12A's... Haven't heard it yet, I finished the work and he had to leave, but I should hear it in july I think...

Sometimes IB is just the ticket... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
