Is it possible to flush mount a w7? Seems not likely givin how thry are designed with the rings and everything but im curious?

Also is there anything to coat the inside of the box with for better results..spray rubber or fiberglass also what's the EASIEST AND CHEAPEST ways and material to use IF there is even anything at all?

You can flush mount any sub, its just a matter of how far the outer flush can be from the outer diameter of the sub(s) that make the visual differences appealing or not. If a sub can be top mounted, it can be flushed. Maybe not directly flushed within millimeters, but within an inch normally and for the w7, within 2 inches easy. Here is a design I did that incorporates a visual flush for the 10w7s for example:
