Box ideas for 10" L5's

I have 2 10" L5's and compete in a 500 watt class with a 2door s10 blazer looking for a good box idea to increase db, doing 140 right now.

You want strictly spl or what?

Strickly spl. I compete in midwestspl. I'm clamped off to under 525watts. I thought this was the right place?

wall off the trunk and tune high?? You didnt give very much info on what you have now so its hard to tell you how to improve your score. you can almost always tune higher, add deadening, and if you are allowed to wall off from the trunk.

Sorry about the info thought I already posted it, I have a 83 s10 blazer 2dr i have to remain stock for my class under window line, back seat has to function, runnin kx850.2 2 L5 10"d4

running stock size ported box from factory specs. have to keep watts down under 525

I bought some cvx's for temporary till I figure out a new box. improved to a 142.7 with them.

Whats the record in that class?

Try subs forward port back with 2 4in aeros in a pretty small box....bout 2cu ish tuned to 45

Not one overall yet new class this year but someone is doing a 144.5 i believe, in iowa

Has anyone used aero ports in a blazer talked to a few people they think I shouldn't, maybe if i had a crx, wondering if anyone has done any good with them in a blazer? Thanks
