Ok, so i think i got my design right. Im doing a center console box in a 2011 F150. The OA's will be using 1600watts at 1 ohm. I thinking about trying a aero port. Would this 4in port be too small? Its got a small port area but i know its more efficient. What do yall think? Will this work? I hope this doesnt look too bad.

Picture is to small for me to see. I wouldnt run a single 4" aero. I ran a 6" aero with my 2 OA 12s in 4 cubes net.
Wow, Those 6in ports cost a ton of $$$. Makes me wanna go slotted. Im having a alot of trouble getting my Port area and tuning right.

I want to say I paid $35 for my 6" kit from parts express.
If you want to save some money you can get some 6" PVC and flare the ends yourself. Or 2 4" and flare the ends.
I read that homemade ones ****.

Im sure they could. But you were saying the 6" was a lot of money so that would be the way around it.
Yea, sure it would still sound good. Think 3.67 net volume tuned to 32 hertz will work?

I had 2 oa 12's in a 4.5^3 @30 and 2 in 3.15^3 @33. Enclosure a dug much deeper with a flatter response. Enclosure b was notably louder but lost that lowend rumble i liked with enclosure a . Also had one in a 3:1 4th that was real flat down to 35Hz or so before the lowend began to dip. Just food for thought!
