Box for JL 10w3v1

I'm planning a vacation soon, and i'm definately gonna be pulling out the setup that is in the trunk. BUT i don't want to be bass-less, so i want to build a box for this sub i have chillin on the shelf to downsize a bit so i can fit moar shit (and so i can be on the JL wagon, of course). So here i am... I want a box as small as possible, ported, with the most output as possible. What can you guys whip up? It's gonna be sub forward, port wherever is best (i'd prefer forward as well).

No taller than 16" and as narrow as you can get it.

Port : 14.5 * 1.75 * 33 = 0.68cf displacement

Gross internal air space = 2.25cf, allowing for sub displacement

Internal Dimensions -

(2.25 * 1728) / 14.5"h /10.5"d = 25.5"w

External Dimensions -

16"h * 12"d * 27"w

Back - 14.5" * 25.5"

Baffle - 14.5" * 23.75"

Sides - 14.5" * 12"

Port A - 14.5" * 9.5"

Port B - 14.5" * 21.75"

Top / Bottom - 12" * 27"

Attach side panels to bottom, with back between them.

Attach baffle panel to right side panel.

Attach Port A edge to rear face of left side of baffle.

Attach Port B edge to right face of Port A along rear edge.

Install top.

This should leave you with a 14.5" x 1.75" L-shaped port that measures exactly 33" down the center.
