yea the bonding element I used is so strong I didn't even need any screws. Only single baffle because it should hold a 59lb woofer easily....

No woofer cutout on your masterpiece? And I think you may need a double baffle of cardboard. But one might work.

Well to cover labor and parts its pretty hefty so you gotta pay this upfront.
