I have laid out some plans for a HDC3 15in, its my first design so criticism is needed. the box will have 45's in the corners and a 2nd piece on the face, will this work? also if it does, anyone help with a cutlist?

yeah you want to add woofer displacement which is around .2 and add .1 for bracing. Keep port area per foot right around 16-18. 16 for loud and good sounding and 18 or more for max spl. These subs have high xmax so you need a lot more port area than normal to get proper output.

put in 1 for number of extra baffles if you are going to have the baffle on the inside of the box instead of outside. If baffle is outside then leave blank.
