Box for Fi Q 12

So, I'm trying to get some dimensions down to build a box. I want it to be 2 cubes @ 32 hz

I used this calculator to get the info for me. I just wanted to make sure everything was correct before I went ahead and started building it.

Hey man, I used my calculator and got alot different results.... however you didn't mention the port configuration you input to the other program....

Okay, if you want a box 33w x 15h with a 4" aero port the box will need to be 10.75" deep and the port will need to be 14" long.... kinda hard to work out with that port length.... However, if you choose to go with a slot port then your box would need to be 33w x 15h x 13" deep the port would be 2.75" wide x 11.5" tall and need to be 29.5" long to tune to 32hz..... these are all outside dimensions on the boxes and include port and subwoofer displacements....

I just built a 4.2cuft slot enclosure for my 2 Fi Q 12's.... can't wait to hear them, still have to paint the box.........

I ran my Q12 in 2.5 cubes tuned to 31 and it sounded great.
