I built it on sunday, already installed it, sounds great. The carpet came in today so i will take more pics of it when completed.

It is for a single MJ-18

so when it is carpeted there is no visible bare wood

no rounded over edges on the port inside the box? besides that looks good. what size round over did you use on the outside of the port?

everything is rounded except the corner opposite of the 45.. its a 3/8 roundover bit
