ok box for 4 re se's off of ~3500watts.

1. Im going to flush mount it, but do i also need double baffle? or any type of bracing?

2. also, what should this be at, ive heard 16cubes and 12-14 cubs

3. and, which way port and subs facing (if possible, i want a taller skinnier box, and i dont think i could fit 4 15's on the top but i will if needed

focusing on your first question how would you flush mount without a double baffle? haha yes double baffle that bish also you can use all thread, wood dowels, or 2x4's, for support on the inside.

number two if you can fit around 12-13 cubes after all displacement with around 180 sq inches of port would SLAM!

three make of car? max dims??

well i meant like double baffle as in the part where the subs actually screwed onto. the outter one just makes it look good (wasetn counting that as a baffle even though it adds support)

sweet!

97 ford expedition. but, max height (after wood thickness and EVERYTHING) 2 ft. and 4 feet wide.

depth??

well mac like almost 4, but id like depth as small as possible so i can still use some trunk. so ideally like 4x2xaslowaspossible
ok so i take it you will need a design haha.

but for starters

i figured a box with external dims of 48x24x29.5 is 14.69 ft^3 internal. for a port i would say 21h by 8 wide. thats 168 sq in of port area. to achieve a tuning of 35hz you would need the port to be 10.46 inches long. take n into consideration the port its a total internal volume of 13.567 ft^3

hahahaha sweet! where would the subs and port be facing?
port back still figuring out the sub placement //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif ive got to go for today bro but will be o tom. k

the shortest i got was around 35 inches deep for all 4 to fit on top. just a rough estimate.
