Box for 2 JL 10w0

I have 2 JL 10w0-8s in a sealed box at the moment. I've been thinking about trying to build a ported one.

I have a ton of questions. Mostly about the volume and tuning frequency. I'm thinking 2.5 to 3 cu.ft. @ 30 to 34 hz. I really don't know what to consider when choosing. For the most part i'm just pulling numbers out of my ***.

Also, are the calculations from subwoofertools.com accurate enough?

Building it will be easy... The math is the only thing holding me back at this point.

someone needs to design you a box to optimize the woofer....I would, but i am going to dinner now

if it hasn't been done by the time i get back, ill get some plans up for you

Thanks. I really appreciate the help. The only dimensions I'm really worried about are the width and the height.

Max W= 30". I might be able to squeeze 31". I just don't want to lose the spare tire.

Max H= 16" to 17" would be best.
