Box for 2 Audiopipe TXX-AW15's

Hey guys. I've been reading on the forum for quite sometime now reviewing different designs and whatnot. I've heard mixed emotions about the Audiopipe subs, and wanted to try some out for myself. These will be going in an 02 Yukon, so I can have a large box (no more 3rd row).

Could someone be so kind as to design be a box for this? Is it my correct understanding that the "best" positioning is sub up/port back for SUV's? If so, whoever designs it, could the port be in the center?

My max dimensions are as follows:

48"w , 24" tall, 30" deep. Wanting to run around 8 cubes, 7.5 at the least, tuned around 33 hz.

download WinISD or use RE box builder. http://www.reaudio.com then box calculator at bottom. you can change port, box size, and it gives you the box size and a relativly close tuning for the box.

How much port area do you guys recommend? I was thinking somewhere around 130 sq inches. think I need more or less?

Says the minimum is right at 90 sq inches. How much port is too much?

you should be ok with 130 for the pair.

I got those same sub's man i will be building a 8 cu.ft box for em tuned at 34.5hz . I'll be sure to let u know how they do.
