Alright so im going to get a BL powered by a SAz1500. Ive just got 2 questions that i need to get cleared up. This is going to be in the right back seat of a F150 xlt triton. Box will be 24h 22l 20w.

1. Will this box be big enough for an 18" BL?

2. What would be the best tuning for the BL?

You only have about 5 cubic feet. After sub/port displacement your going to have a lot less. Don't starve that sub, go with a 15" ported to say 34hz.

If you could squeeze in a couple more inches i would say go for it. Can you go maybe 1-2 inches wider, and maybe 2 inches higher? Or are those absolute to the wall max dimensions?

i can probably squeeze 2 inches taller

Dude I used to have a 15" kicker sub in the same spot where you are putting your sub and let me tell you... a 15 is loud enough. I swear I have the same truck as you and one sub in our trucks sounds like 2 subs in a regular car. My 1 15 kicker was as loud as my friends 2 12's in his lancer. Definetly get the 15" FI sub, that is my next setup.
