The current box it is sitting in is a sealed 12"h X 11"d X 14"w which comes out to 1.069 cu. ft. correct? Which would mean this box is plenty big for my sub?

one thing you have to take into account is where are you intalling the enclosure.

see how you would like it to be placed there and if you have the space for it.

edit: yeah that should be big enogh, if youre following the recomendations from RF.
