Box Dimensions and tuning freq...?

Hey guys. I am looking to start a build on my 2 12" Type rs tomorrow. But my question is on tuning. My max dimensions are:

48" wide

15" tall

13" deep

If thats not enough.... i can play with the depth... but thats how much i really dont care about losing. But how do I tune that to a certain freq.? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
