Box Designing Program?

I want a program, hopefully free, but if not whatever, that lets me design boxes. Nothing spectacular, but something decent. Anyone have ideas? I wanna be able to see my boxes in 3D...?

Well it's nice and easy to make 3D models on Google sketch-up...and then I just design it by hand in that...sometimes I use BassBoxPro though
