Box deminsions?

Does the deminsion of the box matter? As long as I have the proper cuft right? I know that u dont want to go over 72 inches or so cuz the sound waves become their own of somthing like thing.Thanks for any input.

Shape doesn't matter as long as you have the needed cf you're good to go..
