Box, can it be done?

I am in search of a nice sub setup for my 96 mustang. Problem is, I also want to take up as little space as possible. I only have 11 inches of height to work with. Possibly using a slanted enclosure, is it possible to build a box 11 inches tall that will house one 10 inch sub? It will be sealed, and probably fairly wide to make ~.5 cu ft. Thanks.

I'm looking for something thinner and probably wider to make up the difference. I'm looking at something like 11 tall, 4 top depth, 8 inches bottom depth, and width doesn't matter, whatever is needed to achieve .5 cu. ft. The thinner the better, and those measurements are rough guesses, I will match the angle of my rear seats. Thanks.
