looking for the best online calc for areo ports if you have some links it would be great thanks.
If all your looking for a calc that will give you the length of the port based on volume, port size and port tuning, here ya go:looking for the best online calc for areo ports if you have some links it would be great thanks.
If your volume is 9cf, subtract sub displ, calculate the ports, subtract that from the volume, that leaves you the net volume, if your under the net given the dimensions of the enclosure, just re adjust the dims of the box to get back to what you want for net volume.hey thanks so if i have this right then if I build a box 33X16X36 that'll give me 9cf internal and subtract .5cf for sub dissplacment then 5 4" flared ports at 10.5" long with the flares should bring me down to 7.75cf net roughly
also mr. cabnetry are you a disabled vet I have about 7 claims with the VA now just waiting for a MRB
31J10 - Teletype Repairgo cable dogs 31L is one of my mos's
With the advent of computers, I don't think there would be a need for 31J's.I think that they actually combined the 2 mos's into one now not shure
Well, for HB's I believe what most setups are as follows: Sub forward, port upbeen acouple of years so it could have been phased out. back to the original post though with my calculations the I get 8.2cf net for 2 AQ HDC3 15's but can't decide on sub and port placement in a 88 civic HB any ideas for the most SPL
