Well Guys i have built my own boxes for a while and have won too many competitions and built boxes for local guys too.... Thats constructive criticism my friend. Buy an $80 Ryobi router instead of wasting your time sanding 1/8". Ive been there..your just wasting time and energy. With the router you can do big round ' rounded ports with pvc real easy. Perfect every time.

I dont like the fact that your baffles only come up to the inner edge of the slot port. Looks like theres a chunk missing.

Again with the router you can bang out double baffles for a flush mount, we all know heavy subs love double baffles!

i have a router i just dont like the mess it makes.. too much saw dust....

the customer decides how much they want to spend ... the extra X amount to do this and X amount for this isnt worht it to some....

Advertising for building boxes for forum members is considered using the forum for monetary gain. This is not allowed, has never been allowed.
