Box Build

Im lookin to do a build with 4 8" subs (looking at DD 1508's) and they call for "3.50^ft (4) 8" or (2) 12" or (1) 15" 56.0 sq" vent x 20" long"

I dont know anything about box building really, so if i have 37" width in my trunk available. I was thinkning it would use 3/4 mdf, maybe double it up or 1" on the front wall. Then have the vents on the overtop of the subs. Does this sound doable with my space?

Yeah, with that width, you'd be able to fit all 4 subs sequentially and then have a slot port either above or below the subs. I would probably recommend below though.

Ok thanks, would below offer better porting or more preference?
