You can still roundover those port edges with a roundover bit...they have bearing guides to follow the edge...you can't F it up. See here

yea i will do it on my next box....i took it to get some carpet today after i sanded down the rough edges...should be back tomorrow of early monday

Word. As far as the router bits go, James Bang was right. Get a 1/2" roundover, a small rabbet bit (I didn't get one as I just used my table saw to do the work) and either a straight cutting bit, or a spiral upcut bit (I use a straight bit).
