I have no idea as to why he said that as I can't see where it would make any difference at all.

IF it does, it wont be noticeable to the ear. Is it reaching full excursion? If not, bigger box will help with the same power.

well the box actually is pretty good i retuned everything and i think i like it now... and imo i think it looks sexy haha
