almost finished if someone can tell me about the rounding the edge of the port

definately! round off the edges on the port.

letting it dry for a bit then ill cut out the hole and put on the top and shes done!!!!

Clean the glue residue to save you the trouble later....Nice box. Cuts look clean

yup. next time just wipe off any extra glue while its still wet. it takes a minute and is alot less work to do it now than later.

other wise it looks good.

Painting is going to be a lot more work than carpeting. It will also show more imperfections.

any suggestions like carpet or paint? what do you guys htink of my second box im VERY VERY VERY pleased only one mistake which was EASILY fixed

If you have a sander, then clean up those edges. Even with the carpet, you can still see some larger panel misalignments. Beyond that, throw on some charcoal carpet and I'd say that it was a success //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
