Box is 3.1 cubes before port and sub displacement.

it will be tuned to 32hz, and is for 1 12" Alpine type R.

This was made from all left over wood, so some cuts are more off than they should be b/c both sides of the wood are cut, not just one.

Heres the pics...

The wood

charging the drill... died when the screw on the top piece was just about in...

in the mean time I need to get my port figured out, and find some wood to make it with!

The screw on top is way too close to the end. See how bad it split the right side piece?
I know............. I always do that too....

Anyway, I feel really lucky... I just found about 6 pieces of MDF that are exactly the right width, and are long enough to use as well.

Well, the entire thing is done... I filled in that gap with MDF saw dust mixed with glue.

I am completely done carpeting.. BUT, I ran out of glue on the last side..

Anything else hold carpet down well besides spray glue?

looks good, any pics of it carpeted

Well, I don't want to post the current pics up, b/c the whole front is stapled on temporarily... I guess I can tough.

I really screwed up.. This was my first time carpeting, and well I made the seems on the font and back...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

lol, im glad you did that instead of using liquid nails or some shit.

also what size drill bit you using? ive had good luck not splitting using a 1/8th in bit

It was a pretty small bit, but then again, the screws are quite thin as well, they are also long though, 2"1/4... probably would have been better to use 2"...
