OK this box is for a 12" FI Q. It is 2.2 cubic feet tuned to 30. its has 41.25sq. inches of port area. What does everyone think?

Just going from what I've read elsewhere here... but I would definately round those port wall corners, and put some tiny little 45's in the inside corners, to help with air movement

I don't get the whole thing with the 45's, I've heard that they can hurt you or help you.. So I just don't do them...

So, how do you know? lol...

The posts you're referring to are from people who are talking about 45s placed in the enclosure's net volume and not in the port at 90* bends. Those people are also talking about helping or hurting by tenths of a dB.

45s in the port at 90* bends help reduce turbulence and will reduce port noise. 45s in the enclosures net volume change the way the box pressurizes and affects how the speaker loads in the box. This can change peak output in a positive or a negative way but will almost always lead to a smoother frequency response.

There is probably a color replacement feature on your camera that is causing it to take certain colors and replace them with pink.
