I hate when mdf splits. Just pisses me off sooo much. Doesnt happen as much anymore. But i still replace a few peices here and there.

I like the size/tuning, but not digging the port. Should be ok for a daily box, but will probably hurt SPL some.
Should be fun to build though...

I'm just curious as I do not know any thing about enclosures. But what do you think is wrong with the port and how would it hurt SPL some?
