Ok i decided not to go With plexi on my box because it is like $50. But this box is 4 cubes tunued to 33hz after displacement for 2 12inch re se's. It has a 6 inch double flared port.

I've got to go look at a flared port but what about the curve?? That's a great step-by-step and I marked it, but it makes a radius curve and will reduce port noise for sure, but I thought flared ports had a different curve?

I'll keep this for another thread. looks good!
