Box build for local customer

Ok everyone this box is for a local customer. Box is for 3 RD Audio Sonance 12's. Box is 6.0 cubic feet after displacement with 68 square inches of port tuned to 35Hz.

What are the dimensions of that box? I'm getting 3 SE 12's and need the exact same type of box but tuned to 33hz and I need to make sure that 6c/ft would fit in my car.

 
I dont know the technical term but when you cut the relief in the wood do you still use screws? I bet it really makes it easy to get everything to stay lined up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Looks good and I cant wait to see it finished.

Yeah, I still use glue and screws in my grove cuts
