Subs are 15" Massive DMX Stage 2's with quad 1 VC's. He suggested tuning to 70Hz //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/eek.gif.771b7a90cf45cabdc554ff1121c21c4a.gif

Apparently they're an SPL burp sub, but we needed to make them work for daily. They ran the specs on a few box designs I came up with and found one that graphed pretty well. Ended up with 8.2cubes @ 36Hz with around 108^2 of port. Double baffle and strap bracing . Koopa opted for bare MDF which was fine with me. Did a slight roundover on the outer edges as he plans to paint it eventually. Each sub will get 1.5k for daily which is RMS.

Interested to hear them tomorrow when he picks it up.

wtf? tune them to around 40, even what i was told by massive when I was running 4 of the 15s in my s10, dunno who told you 70 but they were high or you weren't communicating well at all, also their rms is 3k.. though 1.5k musical I think is what the site lists.. it's retarded.

1.5k on music is what they told me. Jeremy was the guy I was dealing with. He had someone else charting them in winisd or BBpro and this box seemed like the best all around. And YES he did say 70Hz. LOL

Was VERY nice not to have to paint or carpet this one.

Supposed to get it tomorrow, but I don't know if he has the amp installed yet.

wow looks great. Subs look tiny in that box ,but that clear paint is what's hot on the streets now. I will run the wire's tomorrow so the amp should be hooked up that's if everything works out as planed .

well every thing is installed it sounds good no were near as loud as the rest of the guys and gal but good . It took longer than expected because of my stupidity blew my amp, but its done and the box got painted I have to ask mike to post pics of it .

Cool thanks , ps heard it all the way home and showed my boss than two of my friends so about two hours of play and the amps were cool and voltage never dropped below 14 . Thanks for the help Mlstrass bigjoker sleepyjr
