Ok everyone this box is for fearless1's two 12" Alpine Type R 12's

Box is 4.2 cubic feet after displacement with 44 square inches of port tuned to 32Hz

i doubt it will fall apart, but did you double face the speaker openings or just route that flush mount in the 3/4" face? that is a huge no no. type r's are beefy and will destroy the openings if that is how you did it. they need at least 5/8" thick to support the woofer frame.

very very nice build tho great work.

 
The face has a dual baffle design...these are not finished pics. I'm bringing my freakin camera to the shop so we can get some better pics of the boxes mike lol

The front face is 1-1/2" thick and the sub mounts on a 3/4" inner baffle
