glue was used. The cuts were done at a home depot, and were not the best. He was supposed to fix the loose terminal but obviously didn't. He wanted a basic box, and paid me a total of like 15 bucks for the whole install.

Cuts seemed fine. Maybe the wood absorbed all the glue as it was basically particle board. No biggie...

I did fix them, you said to fix the connection on the outside of the box, well thats what i did. the Loose connection was on the inside of the box and almost set my whole car on fire //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif. i paid you $40 for the box, and $15 for the install, as you said to give you enough for some beer, and thats what i did!

Window brace down the middle and 3" blue shag. That stuff was a friggin mess to work with, but was worth it as he was quite happy with the outcome.

Vid is only at 1/2 volume since it was 8:30am and I don't hate my neighbors this week, but it did get the shag moving around pretty good.

Nice craftsmanship! Where did you buy the material? BTW I think I may have asked you this before, but what do you use to cut out those plaques that I keep seeing on your boxes?

This is correct, the 40 was for the material etc. We were strapped for time with me going out of town and did what we could with the allotted time. Look into a headunit yet?
