Can you describe how you got the terminal cups flush like that? Ive always thought about doing it but never gave it thought. After seeing it though i really want to use it on my next box. Also hows it sound?

Certainly. I have a milling machine and just used that to create a flush mount for the terminal. Same can be done using a router. Measure your thickness of the terminal then apply that on the MDF, this will be the outside area. Then, the inner terminal should be pretty simple. Just measure across it and the width of it and also apply that on your MDF. As for the twin 8's, they sound awesome. Almost like I have a pair of 12's back there.
