and i assume those measurements are taken with the box pointing up (so 14" x 41" is the panel you want the drivers and port).

i'll see what i can do, but it's going to be less than 4 cu ft unless you up that 17" to 20"+

ok this is what i came up with VERY quickly:

3.12 cu ft @ 35 Hz, 50 sq in of port area

i'm not 100% sure on all those cut measurements, but the port is 4" wide and then bends both ways and is 2" on each side. the total port length should be 30" to get a tuning of 35Hz.
