Box build for 2 10" IDQs

Well I got 2 IDQ V3 10s sitting here along with some scrap wood. If I had some more wood, I would do a 4th order for them, but the sheet I have is 49x40, so Im just sticking with sealed.

Box will be 1.8 cubes after sub displacement. Got 2 amps to try it on... Will try it on a Clarion DPX11500. Its wayyyy too much power for them. Amp is a beast. Will be very easy on the volume for a quick test, then Ill hook up my DLS Ultimate A5 to them. Havent hooked this amp up either, so should be cool seeing it in action. Does I think 600rms on the sub channel @ 2 ohms.

Dont have anything hooked up in my doors, so I gotta get some highs playing. I have a set of Crunch GTR coaxials ($29.99 brand new FTW) that I put in the doors just to sell it. I tried bridging them on a Crunch 1800.4 and kinda got one a little toasty... But hey, I bought them to make noise, not sound great. One is a little screwey, but they still work. Got the wires hanging under the dash, so will just hook something up temp to them.

Yeah, its a sealed box tuned specifically for the lows.

Box is cut, and partialy assembled. Just taking a quick break before I go buy some more glue. Running out FTL.

Just buy another sheet of mdf and some 2x4's and make it into a wall. 160db +

for every SQ you add, it is multiplied by w7 dbs, which ultimately ends up being ~ twice as much as infinty. more or less when you factor in JL rise

no prob, it's 1/2SQ^2 * w7 where SQ= how many SQs you want (obviously) and w7 = sideways 8
