Yeah, pretty much. I put 5/8" MDF square blocks where the rubber squares are by the seat latches. The seat won't latch anymore, but I don't care. You could always add 1/2" so they can latch.

Here are two pictures of the carpet I picked up. It's an almost identical match, the flash lightens the floor a bit.
