hey fellas need a few pointers on how to properly take out the factory radio? its an 09 cobalt and i dont really wanna f it up lol
yeah sounds like cake:crap:, lol any specific tools to use to take off the panels?Cobalts are cake. You take off the panel under the shifter, then remove the entire console around the shifter and radio.

Anyways i would recommend getting tools specifically for the job. Makes it a hell of a lot easier. Just google this

ok so just a regular flat head screwdriver and patience lol?I use my hands, small screwdrivers, and some sockets/nut drivers.
Or you can use panel poppers, whatever your comfortable with.
