OP: Nice car! Looks like a fun project... You dont see alot of younger people driving older cars that no one has. I myself like originality and dislike driving the same cars everyone else has. This should look sweet when you're finished. Keep us posted on the progress.

How much were the rims? Where did you get them?

I got them off of ebay... was $658 shipped and insured with free lug nuts and chrome valve stems... Was gonna buy 17's but didnt want to spend any more money and tires would cost more

Cragar SS wheels or the like (replica, torq thrust I and II) fit the bill on classic cars

I like it, but then again I kinda enjoy 4 doors when done up. Everyone has a 2 door, but harder to go out for a cruise with your friends. Plus it be a nice cheap car that won't be the same thing everyone can just go to a dealership and buy. Now slap a decent 351 in there with a 4 or 5 speed and really have fun lol.
