Woke up this morning, checked my online banking to see if I got my tax $$ yet, and I'll be ****ed, it was there. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
Put on some pants, went to Harbor Freight and Sears, and picked me up some tools for the job!
Here is what I got...$200 worth total. Everything is Pittsburgh with exception to the Craftsman Torque Wrench. I've owned Pittsburgh before, and they build a pretty **** nice tool for the price. Not quite up to par with Craftsman in some areas, but definitely a step up from Husky/Stanley. I actually prefer their ratchets over Craftsman, much much smoother. But I wanted pin-point accuracy for torquing bolts down, so I coughed up $100 for the Craftsman 1/2" Torque Wrench. ****er is NICE and smooth.
Stubby ratchets
Wobble extension set
Laser etched 10 piece metric socket set
Two 8" 1/2" impact extensions
Length adjustable 1/2" ratchet
10 piece impact socket set, metric
Semi-digital Craftsman 1/2" 18" long torque wrench
Not bad for $200. All the above mentioned tools are guaranteed for life...can't beat it. I bought all these to help me out when I do my timing belt here next week.
Any one else get a woody when buying new tools?
