Stripped Torx-head Bolt

While attempting to replace my rear 6x9 speakers, after I had all of the screws out of the interior wall, I removed the top cover for the drivers side seat belt. Underneath I discovered was a completely manhandled torx-head bolt. I tried to get it out but all the bit does is spin, its entirely destroyed. How should I go about removing this, and what will I need? I'm only 17, so all pointers are helpful. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

try a slightly bigger flat head skrewdriver and hit it into the striped head with a hammer than apply force to it while u turn it......or if need be in worst case use a verry small drill bit drill it out than use a larger bit(wedged inside the drilled hole) and put ur drill in reverse(that is worst case)

Vice grips are my first idea too. If not though, dremeling a slit in it for a flat-head screw driver works magic as well //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif.
