bought Focal K2p but...

I had bought 'new' focal k2p from cartoys. I go home to start testing the speakers and it turns out one of the woofers is blown. I called cartoys and they said that they would have to ship me kr2 woofers instead of being able to replace my k2ps. what do you guys think? Also, when I bought the k2ps they didn't have the tn52 tweeters but they had the tnk tweeters in the box. What is your opinion? should I just get a refund or should I just keep the kr2? would I hear that big of a difference? Please help.

I'm running focal kfs right now do you think the kr2 would be anywhere near as good or better than the k2p?
