Sounds more like part of your cone is unglued.

I have some Solo X spairs that make that exact same sound, but part of them are unglued. Take the sub out the box and check to make sure it's still completely intact.

Yea it was alright played it out free air for awhile pretty sure it just bottoms out after I hit a volume

Box will bust apart, may cause the sub to unload and damage/break it as well...
