Boston Acoustic z6s?

Well i have a 2001 Sierra 1500 2Dr, and i want good speakers for it because im getting 2 12inch audiobahn subwoofers for it, and i dont want the base to overpower the lyrics. So i was wondering if the boston acoustics z6s would be the best for my truck, will they fit because i saw the picture and they have a big magnet. Measurements for my truck, 6.5 inch in the front and 4x6 in the back. The only reason i ask this question is because im a noob and it says 6.5 inch round on ebay. So can any1 comment and make any suggestions. thx payce. also i would like to know what would be the best 4x6s for my truck.

The Boston Z6 speakers are about 100X better than the audiobahn subs. You are going to have some of the worst sounding subs, with some of the best sounding speakers. I would reccommend getting some much nicer subs if you are going to be going with speakers of that quality.

And yes, those are very nice sounding speakers.

The Boston Z6 speakers are about 100X better than the audiobahn subs. You are going to have some of the worst sounding subs, with some of the best sounding speakers. I would reccommend getting some much nicer subs if you are going to be going with speakers of that quality.
And yes, those are very nice sounding speakers.

Atleast hes going with a quality front stage. Its usually the other way around Ive give him credit for the bostons. Great comps, cant argue there Make sure you have tons of power to put on those bad boys

Also, how much you looking to spend. You could do way better than audiobahn though. Especially with nice speakers like those you will want some nice sounding subs. So please let us help you out!

ok look i dont got much money right now, i only have like 300 bucks and job that recently aint paying too good. the only reason im getting the audiobahns is becuz my freinds letting pay them off on payments, he said his uncle won 3rd place in a competion wit them.

he's also going to install them for free and the speaker boxes for free, which is were the ppl in the shops screw u over at.

i got a memphis 1500 watts, built in fan.

So u have the m1500 ... In that case your amp is 2 ohm stable. May want to check out a pg titanium elite 12, or 2 pg rsd 12s. You have many options you could do.

ok ill tell you what when i get the subs which is tomorrow ill tell ya'll how it sounds. If they **** ill jus tell my freind to take em back. so wish me luck. and oh is my memphis 1500 watts a good amp? i got it for like 110 from a freind. all i need to do is replace the fuse's. did i get a bargain?

Look at the model, and let us know which one it is. If its the mclass 1500 watt amp, then you got one hell of a deal on a good amp.

no it's not mclass, ill take a picture of it later. But for right now ill describe it, its all black and on the top its chrome, i cant tell the year.
