I was looking in to them and i heard there pretty loud and pretty nice sounding, and there knew line of subs that look like 6x9s are amazing. Just stunning any one own any or have any comments on there... im looking for reasons not to buy them... post concerns please.

Moe Lester worked on an Audi A3 project not too long ago that used that oval Boston sub.

I'm thinking about getting one down the line too, I like the easily accessible voice coil feature. I've talked to Moe and Blue and they said it is pretty power efficient and is comparable to a w7

lol I wasn't going for the spg 555 for just looks, wanted the performance comparable to a w7 and be able to easily remove the voice coil

I got some of there 6x9's in my Lsc there pretty good good sound the bass kind sux though but thats why im getn my system in soon can't wait

I own the 555, and it is alot louder and cleaner sounding then my friends 13W7, and better priced.

Not just the VC, but the whole cone, surround, & spider can be replaced. They call it their SPS (soft parts system). It can be stripped of all parts but the basket/magnet, so you can get it chromed, or painted to suit your taste.

the spg is an excellent sub, loud and clean.
