Bose speakers to amp??

Hi,

I am looking into buying a Mazda6s and some of them have the bose stereo system option. What I was wondering is if I install my Alpine 9813 HU in the car, could I bring my eclipse 4 channel amp as well and hook up the 4 Bose speakers already in the car up to the amp, or would a Bose speaker have some wierd hook up to them?

Also on a speaker related question, I currently have 5 1/4 JL audio speakers in my car now (i think they r like 50rms or something, only bout $125 a pair) would they sound better than the Bose system in the car already?
