??? I made the unfortunate mistake of curing out a 3in hole for the Pyle tweeters I got..

Freaking door frame has 2 layers of sheet metal and said f4ck that and left the hole as is lmao..

Now ima have to make custom door panels to make add speakers cuz these doors don't have enough space to add more speakers with larger motors.

Use a baffle.....these doors/door panels are certainly big.
This is my first time really trying to do a door setup.. i **** at this lol.
I wanna just do custom panels so i have more space to work with.

Guess who gets to work on the Tahoe today?!
What you gonna do? Throw me pics!

Just changing the distrib cap/rotor. mechanic came by the other day and because of it's **** poor quality, he thinks that's the reason why it won't turn over. Got 2 new parts to swap out. Fingers crossed it works. Easy to do but man I hate having my *** in the air because it's about an inch away from the firewall.

For some reason, the cap won't go into it's place...little tiny torx screws just don't wanna go into where they should go, not stripped....I know everything is right but I've wiggled it a bit.....not happy.

Did you try flipping the rotor around?
Either the rotor or cap is flipped the wrong way.

Or you bought the wrong part number

That's what I thought too but it's right. I did notice however the new one has a few steps under the screw holes....like a boss on a machined part.

Id say swap it out at the auto parts store and if its the same then just file it down and make it fit.
So long as the metal piece touches each plug it should be good.

I'll try again tomorrow...it's pitch black outside and cold.....hate it when it gets dark out early. This is one of those times I wish I had a large shop with good lighting....
