I'm not gonna lie, you look like a large guy. You appear to have a large frame with lots of potentional for strength. But I can not tell you enough, to stop taking these magazine and forums to heart. You need to meet up with a older, experienced powerlifting vet and take his advise to heart. You will be supprised on how much he tells you that is complelty different from what you know right now. Get off the Flex Magazine/Suplement bandwagon and get serious.id rather you not respond anymore your really annoying. you need to grow the fvck up. but just so as to not act like YOU, i will provide you a picture to beat off to you ****...

there, that me b4 my first cycle approx. around oct/nov 06. my backround/history is me having weight training classes and lifting for 5 years on and off at 3 different gyms. ive only seriously been lifting nonstop for 1 year. education come primarily from BB's on forums, but also from fitness book, magazines, and websites.
