I read 8 pages and still never saw the answer to this...

After doing roids, what do you weigh, and what are your bench.dead/squat 1-rep maxs, and what is your current body weight.

I want to see if your juicing has done you any good, as compared to a 30-year-old desk jockey...

Been there done that. If you notice, any of those kids that argue with me and say I'm wrong are 14 year old bench and curl know-nothings. All the older guys that are really into BB and actually look it, agree with me. Hmmm... I'm I seeing that trend following over to these forums as well???

This right here tells me you have no clue about what BB consists of. That is full blown offseason, standing 5' 7" at 220lbs. About 3 years ago.

i will not be working my legs until this summer, so i have no number for squat, but i 1RM bench was 255 in january when i maxed last. incline and decline were 225 also. barbell curl was around 110 i think maybe 120, i forget. military press, 185. and pull-up, body weight (305lbs) for 2 reps. ive cut down to about 288 now. i could stand to lose a few more lbs but im not really into the cut look so i dont really care. number are pretty sad though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif at least compared to people at my gym on campus. but hey, ive only been serious for a year, and im in no rush //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
 
I understand what bulking is, and it doesnt consist of a belly. Not to mention this was posted late 2006 saying you were 20. Why would you post pictures of yourself when you were 17??

Just checking. I cannot do a pull-up with 305, but that is because I only weigh 157, but everywhere else I feel pretty good about never juicing, since at 157 all of my lifts are significantly higher than those posted.

Yup! Thats right, eating that much food expands your stomach quit a bit. Unlike all you all beach model wanna-be's.. I can give a damn what girls think I look like offseason. Lol. again, im not impressed. A pro bb, eats 10000 CLEAN calories in the off season. While he may fill out, a good deal of it is water from the excess food, and fat gain should be minimal. You on the other hand think that "bulking" means eating everything in site. I can see you sitting there eating a box of twinkies thinking "alright there is 5000 calories for the day". And I doubt you know what 5% bf feels like, but whatever you say.

You still have yet to answer my questions. What have you competed in and what have you won?

ROFL!Who said I was 5% in that picture!!?! **** your and idiot. 3-4% to survive all year around, not for a week for a show. You bench press is calling you, and the squat rack to do some curls...

*sigh* Mr. Pro bodybuilder over here is only 20 and has been juicin for years...and you think im wrong by wanting to juice at 23 and having lifted for years (only 1 year seriously though). your such a hypocrit. and like i said before, your perception on roids is different than mine. just cause you wont do doesnt mean im wrong by doing it. i did my research. you, my friend, have a lot to learn
