Bobybuilders: Come hither

I am just getting back started into lifting i have to build upper body only, for golf ( i know go ahead and laugh) but what would yall recomend for some good sets for bench, curls and incline, decline? just wondering because i have to get back some strength and lose the *****.

lol. sometimes they'll switch up and do declines and use the preacher bar.

 
If you have read any of my posts in here, which you do, but dont seem to read the whole post or something, I said I started at 13, which if my math is correct is 3 years to 16. ok genious, the average person stops growing around 18. you said you started at 13? thats 5 years of growing that was likely stunted because of heavy lifting. THATS the math i was talking about. some people stop at a younger age, but 13? thats highly unlikely. im not saying you cant gain strength doing it, but your cutting yourself short by doing so
